Advance amount is not refundable under any circumstances.

Full payment should be completed at least 5 days before the trip.

The entire amount will be refunded if the tour is cancelled by the organiser due to unavoidable reasons.

Final itinerary, stay, vehicle and field schedule may adjust based on weather, permits and bird movement.

Participants are expected to follow ethical birding practices and guidance from the tour leader.
